* The Following Terms and Condition applies: - RATES INCLUDE: bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, water, electricity, gas, cleaning lady (morning housekeeping few hours, doing beds), maintenance of the garden and pool, baby bed, high chair and we will give whatever aid and advice our guests will need. - RATES NOT INCLUDE: refundable security deposit (800euro), additional beds (if exceeded the capacity of 10), heating, wireless internet access and phone upon consumption, to be paid in cash on the premises. - BOOKING: 50% of rent is to be paid at the moment of booking as deposit. On receipt of the deposit the booking is definitively confirmed. The remainder is due upon arrival.
